Below are the GARMENT measurements size chart. The best way to decide on size is to measure a shirt/sweater you already own by laying it flat and measuring the body width (just under the arm pits). Then compare to the chart below.
Note that measurements can vary up to 1.5” due to varied production runs on apparel.
Please consider shrinkage when measuring for products. Shrinkage on 100% cotton products and cotton-poly blend products is up to 6%, and is not accounted for in Size Guides.
